How is relaxation massage done?

The massage starts with light touches with gradually increasing pressure to relax tense muscles. A combination of techniques including stroking, kneading, rubbing and vibration are used to help release muscle tension and improve circulation. The therapist focuses on key areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, back and legs, providing a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.

Sports massage

Sports massage focuses on gentle mobilisation of the muscular system, tendons and connective tissues. Focused on sports and conditioning purposes, these massages play a key role in the training of amateur and professional athletes who strive to achieve repeated high levels of athletic performance while minimizing the risk of long-term damage to the body. Inadequate recovery of the fatigued body often occurs during sporting activities.

Sports massages promote increased muscle activity and help warm up and prepare stressed body parts. Like other types of massage, they contribute to overall mental and physical well-being. The first visit can bring immediate pain relief and with regular massage sessions, mental blocks are gradually released. Sports and reconditioning massages are available to everyone and no doctor's referral is necessary. It is very advisable to combine sports massages with ENDO-Balancer, which is highly circulating and relaxing from the inside and which is applied especially before the massage. The subsequent regeneration of the organism is then many times higher.

Indian anti-stress head massage

Indian anti-stress head massage is an integral part of everyday life in its home country. This massage is very pleasant and has a very soothing and relaxing character. Especially nowadays, when we are constantly under stress, it has very effective anti-stress effects.

How is the massage done?

A regularly applied anti-stress head massage can even help reduce or eliminate migraine pain. Before the actual head massage, the shoulders, neck, arms and neck are relaxed, which prepares the body for the main part of the massage. During the massage, the therapist focuses on the areas of the head that are energy centers. This increases oxygenation of the brain, improves concentration and the massage can help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. At the end of the massage, the acupressure points on the face are also stimulated, another positive aspect of this therapy.

An important benefit of this massage is also a significant improvement in the condition of the face and scalp. Regular massage promotes hair density, increases its shine and overall quality.

Massage is often a part of Dada Snehan therapy, but it can also be applied on its own.

Dáta snéhan

Dhata Snehan is one of the therapeutic techniques of traditional Ayurveda that works on shortened and stiff muscles, tendons and fascia. This method aims to relieve tension, dissolve stiffness and eliminate pain, but also leads to increased mobility of the spine and joints.

How does therapy work?

Snehan data is performed on a massage table using warm oil and heated stones. In addition to massage strokes, it involves stretching and practicing yoga postures known as asanas. The intensity of the massage is always individually adjusted according to the client's agreement, and can be either very intense or very gentle. It is common to massage certain parts of the body such as the neck, shoulders, upper limbs, hips, lower limbs, back, head and face. It is most often done in various combinations that are discussed in advance during the consultation. Other gentle and relaxing techniques are also used to achieve the optimum effect of the Dhata Snehan massage.

Positive effects of Dátá Snéhan therapy on the body and mind:

  • It relieves physical and mental tension, which helps to reduce stress and nervous tension.
  • Stretches shortened and stiff muscles, improving their flexibility and mobility.
  • Increases spinal and joint mobility, which is especially beneficial for people suffering from back or joint pain.
  • Relieves pain, whether it is muscle pain, migraines or pain caused by arthritis, for example.
  • It helps eliminate fatigue, restores energy and improves overall vitality.
  • During the therapy, toxic substances are flushed out of the body, which can have a positive effect on overall health and the immune system.

These effects of Data Snéhan therapy contribute to an overall sense of well-being and relaxation and can be an important element in the care of physical and mental well-being.
