What is the validity of the voucher?
The period for redeeming the voucher is 6 months from the date of purchase and is indicated on the reverse side on the bottom right (valid until:...).
How to redeem a gift voucher?
After receiving your voucher, please make an appointment by calling +420 608 615 910 or email info@esteva.cz. Please quote the voucher number when booking.
How much does each service on the voucher cost?
In case you choose a specific service instead of a value voucher, the prices of these services will correspond to our current price list. For a detailed list of prices for specific therapies and services, please visit our website at www.esteva.cz/en/pricelist/.
Is the voucher transferable to another person?
Unless there is a dedication to a specific person on the voucher, it is a transferable voucher and can be redeemed by anyone who presents the unique voucher code on the back, bottom left.
How can I order an electronic voucher?
You can easily order an e-voucher in several ways: by phone, by email or via our contact form. Once we receive your order, we will send you an advance invoice. After successful payment, we will send the electronic gift voucher to the e-mail address you have provided. You then have the option to print the voucher and hand it over in person or send it directly to the recipient by email. The choice is yours.
How can I receive the voucher?
The physical version of the voucher can be picked up at our surgeries by appointment. The electronic version will be sent to your e-mail immediately after payment has been credited. Conveniently and without waiting.
